Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 4 April 2023 meetings were reviewed. Bob Ross moved to
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.

Call for opens:
 - None

AR review:

New ARs:
 - Weston will download the ibischk7.2.0 and check using the -caution flag,
the EMD files that Randy sent previously.
 - Weston will check with Atul on the idea of 2 error or warning messages for
   loading AMI executables.

Discussion:
a.	IBISCHK720 – First Release Testing, and Randy’s 7.2 File Testing – Done
Bob's assertion of an error in the direction testing was Bob's mistake.
The error generated by the parser is stated correctly. Randy explained
the difference in the 3 EMD files that he created for NC signal_name tests
if the EMD [Designator Pin List]. Bob put the latest parser executables in
a ibis_wip folder on the IBIS web site. The folder is found under WIP in
	the site map.
[AR] Weston will download the ibischk7.2.0 and check using the -caution
flag, the EMD files that Randy sent previously.

b.	Get Spread Sheet and Invoice, Generate other executables, upload on
IBIS Site, Distribute Source Code to License Owners
Bob said that the IBIS open forum needs to approve the parser completion
so we can pay the invoice to the developer. Bob will also upload an
executable for Redhat Linux 64-bit produced by Mic Schader. Bob suggested
that we cease delivery of 32-bit executables. Weston suggested that we ask
in the open forum meeting if anybody still uses 32-bit versions. If no
opposition, we can stop issuing the 32-bit versions.

c.	Pending BUG regarding Platform in AMI – Weston Beal will investigate
further and possibly propose two messages, one for static library, one for
dynamic library (We are waiting for a response from Atul.)
[AR] Weston will check on this idea with Atul.

d.	Quality Specification and checklist power aware discussion (continuation).
No work on the document this week.

Tabled topics (no discussion without motion):
a.	Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) investigation (Security fixes
    continuation), (TSCHK2, BUG6)
b.	TSCHK2 V2.02 BUG5 and BUG6 (implementation on hold)

Weston moved to adjourn. Randy seconded. Without objection the meeting ended.

Meeting ended: 12:51 pm ET
